AddictionTribe is for people who are recovering or would like to recover from an addiction and need some help or support. I believe this is mostly for people recovering from drug and alcohol addictions.
OCDTribe is for those of you suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Find ways overcome your obsessive compulsive disorder with tips from other people going through the same thing or from people who have succeeded.
If you have depression then you may want to check out DepressionTribe. Here you can get help and advice from other people that are also going through what you're going through. Find out the symptoms, causes and treatment for different depression disorders.
AnxietyTribe can connect you with other people who also feel the way you do about life and are going through similar issues as you are. Together you can overcome your fears and the problems you have dealing with life in general.
Last but not least is the newest member of the tribe, MyHIVaidsTribe. This is, of course, for people dealing with the very unique issues that come with HIV and AIDS.
All of these sites have something special about them. They all contain people who are willing to help other people while trying to help themselves at the same time. They're all here to help you.

Now that I think about it even further I realize that 100 years ago there was no such a tribe and most importantly people usually didn't need this kind of help.

This is an interesting take on the classic support structure model. I find the online element fascinating because in drug rehab for Vicodin addiction, the greatest breakthroughs come from the support in group counseling.

"Stress and some unpleasent experiences may lead to anxiety. Some natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John's Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. There's also cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and programs like Panic Away and The Linden Method, to name a few. Hope this helps!
