Assembla: Assemble Software Teams
Having developed and having the responsibility of maintaining software development teams and software development projects, I know that it is a difficult human and code management problem. Assembla looks like it is a solution to some of those problems. Assembla also demonstrated at the Web Innovator's Forum. I didn't have a chance to speak to them. However, he's a description from their site:
