Brothers Sue Facebook Founder
CTV.CA – July 24 – Three Harvard students filed a lawsuit against the founder of Facebook saying Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea. Zuckerberg once worked for the trio. Filed in 2004, the lawsuit alleges copyright infringement, stealing trade secrets, breach of contract and fraud. They claim evidence of email exchanges with Zuckerberg, source code evidence and the testimony of other programmers. FULL ARTICLE @ CTV.CA
