When you join Tagged you can add people to your friends list. When you do, they will receive an email that says, "Please respond or friend's name will think you said no ". Notice the little sad face at the end of the message.

This is to cause an emotional response in you. If you say no to the friend request you'll hurt their feelings. If you say "Yes", and you don't know the person, then you've added another Stranger to another friends list. Before you know it your Tagged friends list will be full of people you don't know.

When you say no you're sent to registration page. This is Tagged's way of getting you to sign up and send out some emails of your own to some other unsuspecting people.
