Benoit Domingue, answered my standard interview questions. So, here they are:
Who is your average user?
All those people that want to know everything about everything, all the
time.
What value are you providing them?
By subscribing to any iCalendar feed you can stay informed about
events from different sources. You can also mix your events with all
those feeds and publish your calendar in iCalendar. If you have a blog
or a website, you can also include a one line javascript that will
display your calendar. (just link delicious's tagrolls...)
How do you generate revenue?
Right now, we don't ! EventSniper started out as a school projet. I saw how big RSS readers became, and I tought I'd give a shot at building an iCalendar
aggregator. Right now we are three guys working part time on the project.
It's funny because everyone thinks we're this big internet compagny
jumping on the bandwagon.. EventSniper would be a LOT better if we
could work on it full time!
Anyone want to fund these guys?
