BBC NEWS - Sep 12 - Facebook executives in London, where the company is opening its first overseas office, claim that privacy fears are unfounded given that only names and pictures will appear when profiles are made available to search engines. Furthermore, users can protect their profiles and 20% already have done so. With 40 million users, Facebook aims for 60 million by the end of this year. The UK, where 54% of users are over 25, is its fastest-growing market with 5.2 million users. FULL ARTICLE @ BBC NEWS
