The first online social networking site for people who are unemployed. Layoffspace.com is a place where the unemployed can get together and network to help them find jobs that they want.

Chat with other unemployed people to share ideas about how to go about finding the job of your dreams. Keep a blog telling about how your job search is going and what you're looking for in a job. Meet recruiters and career coaches that can help you on your way.

Be careful what you post on your Layoffspace site though. Employers will be looking through your site before they hire you. They're looking for reasons why they should hire you or not hire you. If you have good information on your site about you then you have a better chance of getting a good job. If you post anything negative it could cost you.
