Soc Network Sites
by Linda Roeder on May 18, 2007

Carmun has blogs and message board, but on Carmun they're used for group communication. Your profile page tells other Carmun members what your interests are, what are your favorite subjects, what projects and groups you're a part of, where you go to school and what you like to study.
Carmun also has other tools for it's members to use. These tools will help you gather information, get started on projects, share your projects and information with others and use the information once you have it. There is a bookmarks feature that'll help you organize all the information you've gathered too. You can even create footnotes and citations.
If you need help finding books at your local library, Carmun will even help you find the books you need. If you want to create a group so you and the groups members can collaborate on a project you can do that with Carmun's group feature.
I wish there was a site like this when I was in school. I could have used a little help. Actually, I was a good student, but even good students get a little stuck sometimes. This really could have helped.
