Hi, I’m Ed , and own and operate a woodshop, and have my own website. A few years ago HerOrbit.com contacted me, and persuaded me to become a vendor in their storefront. I have sold a few items through them, but have had a lot of trouble getting paid. The last item I sold almost 3 months ago, and still have not been paid. It was near a $500 item. One lady named Julie sort of responds to my emails, but no payment comes. When I try to call them, there is NEVER an answer. And they will NOT call me even if I ask them to. Does anyone know of a phone number that they will answer? Have any other vendors had this problem? I warn any potential vendors. If I ever get paid for this last item, I plan to let them know if they sell any more of my things, I’ll require payment before shipment, or they can just drop me from their website. I’m really suprised at the poor business approach they have, for such a popular site. I welcome any info or comments from others.
