It's a fact that people lose weight faster when they have a support team. With all these other people on your weight loss team you are bound to lose weight. If you don't, well at least you'll make some new friends.
Choose from one of the popular diets and chat with other people on that same diet or create your own diet and share it with the group. Keep track of your weight and how you feel each day. There is even a journal where you can post tips for other people, talk about what you did that day or whatever you want to talk about.

Thank you for reminding us how important exercise is. Finding a sport or other activity you like is a great way to lose weight and get in shape at the same time.

Agree, balanced diet and regular exercise is the best. And drinking plenty of water is essential too.

I agree that loosing weight needs to be a very careful process because otherwise we risk our health. I am also embracing different approaches as long as they stay on the condition above.

There are plenty free options on the internet for losing weight. Nevertheless I think the best options are those based on people's real life experiences on issues related to losing weight. So yes, I think targeted social networks rank higher.
