When you click on the link you're taken to MySpace, at least the page appears to be a MySpace page. It's a fake page though and instead of having a sign up for MySpace, it asks you to update your Adobe Flash Player instead. When you download the software, you're doomed.
You're now infected with a malware that turns your computer into a zombie. There's more, and it's not pretty. Read more about it on the I Got Spam blog.
