In case you haven't noticed yet. MySpace has started to overhaul the design of their website. The redesign has already started, but it's far from finished, they're doing it in little steps. Everything is being redesigned from the ability to get around the site to the background.

MySpace's goal is to get a bigger demographic of people using their site. They also want to make navigation easier, make the site easier to use, and make it easier for people to find and use features such as music, video and other community features. They've already done some of this by giving you more control over the design of your profile and letting you categorize your friends.



The homepage on MySpace has been redesigned, no more blue and white. They're also focusing on the community aspect of MySpace by changing the menus and links on the homepage so you can find features easier. They'll be adding more themes so you can create your profile any way you want it, easily. You can even modify the themes they offer.

Try the new search on MySpace. It's been enhanced. You should be able to find things easier on MySpace now. Search by location, people, MySpace site, music, MySpaceTV and more.

The MySpaceTV player in better now too. It'll now include a scrubber, time-stamp, volume memory, new menu system, greater sharing functionality among other things. The MySpaceTV player will run on Flash 9 so make sure you update your Flash. Share your favorite MySpaceTV videos with your friends too.
