No Chatting At Work!
Mobile networking has really caused social networking to take off. Now people can access their favorite social networking site from anywhere. Whether you are out with friends, shopping or at work you can still talk to your online friends on your mobile phone.
While this may be convenient and a great way to keep in touch with your online friends it is not good for your real life contacts. If you find yourself logging in when you're going out you need to reconsider your priorities. Your real life friends may put up with your ignoring them for a while but soon they will just stop asking you to join them.
If you find yourself chatting with your network while you are supposed to be working, well, you've got more than a problem. If you don't get control of yourself soon you could find yourself out on the streets without a job, then how will you pay that cell phone bill?
If you really can't stop, get help. There are therapists available that are willing to help you with any addiction. Don't fool yourself, this is an addiction.
