Private on MySpace
Some people are not on MySpace to meet lots of friends. They are there simply to keep in touch with old friends. That's cool! Now they can do it even better. MySpace allows you to keep your profile private, if you want to. Make your Myspace Profile so that only people on your friends list can see you. Other people can still search for you and find you, but they can't see your profile.
There are other privacy features besides just making your profile invisible. You could choose to approve all comments before they are posted to your profile if you want. You could require that people requesting to be your friend include their last name and email address when they send a friend request. You can even make it so only your friends can post comments in your blog.
Now you just have to decide, how private do you want to be?
