If you want to do more than just meet people online, very open minded, and you're over 18, you may want to try out Red Light Center. red light Center is a very adult virtual world. You can download and use Red Light Center for free if you just want to meet other open minded people.
If you want more than what the free version of Red Light Center offers then you'll need to come up with $20 per month. The VIP membership lets you get naked and get down. You can't do that with the free version. You'll also have access to the VIP only clubs found around Red Light Center.
Although I like the idea of an adult only virtual social networking site, I'm not quite sure why anyone would pay the rather large amount of $20 per month when you can do all the same sorts of things on Second Life for free. That said, I did join and look around Red Light Center and found that, for me at least, it works better than Second Life, at least my avatar is able to get around faster.
Unlike Second Life, Red Light Center is a completely adult only community. You won't have to worry about upsetting anyone because you're all there for the same reason. There are all kinds of adult things to do, most I can't mention here. If you are an open minded adult, who isn't shy about sexuality, you just may like Red Light Center.

CRM911 is upset only because he did not follow the rules and was removed/banned from Redlightcenter for racist and sexist behavior. So of course he is going to cry like the kid that he is.
Redlightcenter is one of the best adult virtual worlds that exist, with much less lag then Second Life and no kiddies. Check it out- you will not be dissappointed.....

I've tried Second Life, and personally, I hated it. It is far more difficult to use, for one. There's a "Second Life For Dummies" book. That's how complex it is to get anything done. I just want to go in and chat. But it only takes a few minutes to get the hang of Red Light Center.
Also, I think Red Light Center has better graphics and more active rooms. It has its problems of course, but overall, it's such a better experience.
The $20 per month fee is a bit steep, and that scared me a bit too at first. But there are ways to earn that money back in RLC. I pay for my membership by being a Working Girl. You get to take advantage of the adult theme, and make a bit of money while you're at it.
I really think it's just a better experience overall. It's worth the money.

I like it, but lately I spend more time being booted and not being able to leave the transport room. It seems the updates they do always require many repairs. If you dont mind having to try several times to get it - this place might work alright.

there is a lot of nonsence talked about rlc and what goes on there ive been a vip member there for over a year and its been the most wonderful experience of my life if you treat the site as if it where the real world then there is nothing to fear. ive found a loveing relationship and am maried to a wonderful woman vertualy by the way i am gay which is another reason i like rlc as far as i can see no one judges me not that there arnt times when people abuse the systembut there is always the ability to exclude those sort of people which you dont have in real life as for the sex and drugs imthinking that most people woulod accept what gose on in rlc if they where realy onest i love dancing naked in public places with my wife and no one ever seams to bother all i say is just lighten up and go with the flow its about time the world accepted the fact that sights like rlc are here to stay and wile there are avenues of abuse that could take place i havent seen it yet id know if i where talking to someone who was under age

pisses me off that I can not log in, cant get in any of the rooms, always booted off, hard to customize my avatar. When I tried it for free, I didn't have this problem. Now I am VIP and I have not been able to do 1 VIP thing. I feel like htrey snatched my$20 and said get out.
