Social Networking Blow Up
"Eventually, soon I think, we'll see an explosive unbundling of the services that make up social networks. What was centralized in the form of Facebook, Linked-in, even YouTube, is going to blow up and reconstitute itself." ~Dave Winer (June 17)

I agree, it's bound to happen. Social networking is in it's infancy and eventually it's going to have to move on. Once people stop creating more and more social networking sites that are all pretty much the same, something new is going to happen. Someone's going to come up with a new idea that will set the social networking community on it's head.

Maybe it'll be Google.

What do you think the future of social networking holds?
