Social Networking Sites Take Notice Of Seniors

International Herald Tribune – Sep 6 – Think Facebook with wrinkles. Social networking investors and entrepreneurs are targeting parents and grandparents at sites like Eons, Rezoom, Multiply, Maya's Mom, Boomj and Boomertown. There are 78 million boomers – roughly three times more than teenagers and 20-somethings. Internet users over 55 are roughly equal to the 18 to 34 group, according to Nielsen/NetRatings.
