Soldiers Banned

be able to surf and post to blogs and social networking sites. The writer of the Katrinacrat Blog thinks this is the first step in taking away their Internet access all together. I think they are probably having two problems and this is the best way to solve them. The first problem is the same one a lot of companies are having. Too many workers/soldiers on the Net playing around instead of working. If they're out their blogging then they're not working.
The second is security. You can't have the soldiers telling about things that are happening in the war as it happens. If the people they're fighting against come across these blogs there could be trouble. They might even lead opposing forces right to where they are.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not about censorship. No way! I believe that everyone should have access to the Internet and everyone has the right to post what they think. On the other hand, I'm also a realist. I realize that we don't live in a world where this is possible, feasible or even, always safe.
