Under 14? Forget It
Rules on kids under 14 setting up social networking sites varies from site to site. MySpace says 14 and up only. Younger kids can and do sign up anyway but when they're caught their profiles are deleted. I saw a quote that said that MySpace deletes "thousands of underage users every month", that's a lot.

If you are one of those kids who likes to use the schools computer to browse the Net, beware, schools are starting to ban sites like MySpace. You will have to chat with your friends after school.
