They're the best. I don't have to check all the social networking sites I belong to every day. All I have to do is sign up for email notifications and let the network do all the hard work for me. Then, I just check my email and I'll know who wants to talk to me and who wants to add me as a friend.
Almost every social networking site had them. So use them, you'll be glad you did. They save so much time, especially if you belong to more than three social networking sites.
