Wikifounder Caught Curry-ing Favor
Cyber-sleuths (see men and women bored out of their mind with nothing better to do than check DNS entries to and look up the whois info) have discovered teh founder of Wikipedia, Jimmy Wales has been making his wiki-page just a little more complimentary than it was before his handiwork.
Jimmy, you got some 'splainin to do.
My favorite quote was found at Wired's "Wikipedia Founder Edits Own Bio":
In fact, Wikipedia's own guidelines caution against editing your own bio as it "can open the door to rather immature behavior and loss of Dignity."

Hmmm… an unending commentary on Wikipedia.But I still think this site is useful despite the many pros and cons it receives online.
Me too! The scandals are worth mentioning, but wiki is quite useful.
It’s understandable to have early growing pains. Wikipedia will be an important educational tools as the years progress. I’m certainly a wiki-lover.
That’s interesting that the founder is ignoring his own guidelines. I wonder if that will really result in a loss of dignity!
