If you have photos stored at Yahoo! Photos, I suggest that you go to Yahoo! Photos right now and tell them what you want done with your photos. They're closing so they can spend more time on their other site, Flickr. If you don't do something with your photos on Yahoo! Photo by September 20th they will be deleted. Don't take that chance. Go there now and take care of it right away.

There are several options available to you, and Yahoo! Photos is going to take care of it for you. All you have to do is tell them what you want them to do with your photos. One of your options is to have all your photos moved to another photo hosting site. I'm sure they prefer that you transfer your files to Flickr, since that's their site too. You can also have them transferred to photo hosting sites such as KODAK Gallery, Shutterfly, Snapfish, or Photobucket.

Another option available to you is to have all your photos downloaded back onto your computer. A better option than downloading the photos to your computer might be to purchase an archive CD. This way you won't have to worry about your computer crashing and you losing all your precious photos.

If you must, take a day or two to think over your options, then let them know what you want to do. Don't forget or you'll never see your photos again.
